Scope
RenkCord Hosting provides virtual servers for hosting Discord bots in a data center in Strasbourg, France. You are responsible for your bot's code, its dependencies and its behavior on Discord.
Availability (SLA)
Paid plans guarantee 99.95% monthly availability. If a bot crashes, we restart it within 2 seconds. If the SLA is missed, you get a credit. Free plans are provided without an availability guarantee.
Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time without a minimum term. After cancellation, your data remains exportable for 14 days before it is deleted.
