What we store
Account data (username, email address, password hash), your bot's source code and data, and usage metrics such as CPU, RAM and network traffic. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for the services needed to run the platform (hosting, payment, email).
Where it lives
All data is stored on NVMe SSDs in a data center in Strasbourg, France (EU). Backups are kept in the same region. As a result, the GDPR applies to the processing of your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time via the panel or by email to contact@renkcord.com. We process requests within 30 days. After you delete your account, backups containing your data are removed within 14 days.
